The Audit Bureau hosted an official delegation from the Supreme Audit Institution in Netherlands, as part of a visit aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation and exchanging expertise in the fields of financial auditing and governance. The delegation included Mr. Egbert Jongsma, an expert in performance auditing, and Ms. Brigitte Obertop, International Programs Manager. The visit included several important activities, such as familiarizing the delegation with Jordan's public financial management system and introducing them to the role of the Audit Bureau and national institutions in promoting governance and accountability principles.

During the visit, meetings were held with the directors of the Bureau’s technical and administrative directorates. Additionally, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation in areas such as performance auditing, value-for-money assessments, and the exchange of knowledge on auditing tools based on international best practices. This visit is an extension of the strategic partnership between the two instituions.
